2021 Booster Bash In-Person Event CANCELLED

While the in-person event has been cancelled for August 20, 2021, the TCC Athletic boosters are excied to announce the Online Auction of Team Baskets and Raffle Drawing. 

 

Raffle Drawing will be held via Facebook Live @tccathlticboosters on Friday, August 20, 2021 (time TBD).

New TCC Athletic Booster Bash Date - August 15th - CANCELLED

2020 Trojan Booster Bash in the Motor City - CANCELLED!  **PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING EMAIL IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CURRENT EVENT TICKET HOLDERS, RAFFLE TICKET DRAWING & AUCTION OF TEAM BASKETS AND OTHER AUCTION ITEMS**

 

Due to the continued restriction on group gatherings, the TCC Athletic Boosters regrets to announce that the 2020 Trojan Booster Bash in the Motor City (scheduled for 8/15/2020) must be cancelled. 

 

Current Event Ticket Holders

 

If you currently hold a ticket for the 2020 Trojan Booster Bash, you have 3 options to choose from with respect to your ticket:

 

•              Opt to Donate the funds for the ticket purchase to the TCC Athletic Boosters. All funds donated to the Boosters are for the benefit of and used to support each and every athletic programs at TC Central.  Please email tctrojanbash@gmail.com to advise of your option to donate the funds for your ticket purchase.

 

•              Opt to Transfer your ticket(s) to next year’s Trojan Booster Bash (scheduled for Friday, August 20, 2021 - see below for more details).  Please email tctrojanbash@gmail.com by September 1, 2020, to request a transfer of your ticket(s) to next year’s event.

 

•              Opt to Request a refund for your ticket purchase.  Please email tctrojanbash@gmail.com by September 1, 2020, to request a refund of your ticket(s).

 

Current VIP Table Guests

 

If you had purchased a VIP Table for the 2020 Trojan Booster Bash, you have 4 options to choose from with respect to your VIP Table:

 

•              Opt to Donate the funds for the entire cost of the VIP Table to the TCC Athletic Boosters - see chart, below, for specific breakdowns. Please email tctrojanbash@gmail.com to advise of your option to donate the entire cost for your VIP Table.

 

•              Opt to Donate part of the fundsfor the VIP Table to the TCC Athletic Boosters (i.e., additional cost of the table in excess of the event entry fee at $50/guest) - see chart, below, for specific breakdowns. Please email tctrojanbash@gmail.com to advise of your option to donate part of the funds for your VIP Table.

 

All funds donated to the Boosters are for the benefit of and used to support each and every athletic programs at TC Central. 

 

•              Opt to Request a full refund for your VIP Table.  Please email tctrojanbash@gmail.com by September 1, 2020, to request a full refund of your VIP Table.

 

•              Opt to Transfer your VIP Table to next year’s Trojan Booster Bash (scheduled for Friday, August 20, 2021 - see below for more details).  Please email tctrojanbash@gmail.com by September 1, 2020, to request a transfer of your VIP Table to next year’s event.
